Dorian Maples, Professional Geriatric Care Manager
Dorian’s career has been devoted to caring for older adults and persons with disabilities since 1979 when she became a Registered Nurse. Her nursing career took her on a management tract, which led her to obtaining a BA in Management and Communication. In 1996 she became the first Registered Nurse in Indiana to be recognized as a full member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
In 1996 she created Home Nursing Services, a licensed certified in-home care agency, and in 1997, established First Call Medical Staffing, a provider of supplemental staffing for medical facilities. She identified a need for non-medical in-home care and started Angel Corps in 2001. In 2003, she created Dorian Maples & Associates, Professional Geriatric Care Management, due to the increasing need for older adults and their families to have an advocate in finding their way through our fragmented health care community.
Dorian is passionate about her work and finds great enjoyment in not only being a Registered Nurse, but also in assisting clients to their optimum healthy being by being their liaison, advocate and support system.

Rick Maples
Richard Maples is co-owner of Home Nursing Services. Rick has many years of experience in home care management starting in1995. He is a U.S. Navy veteran, a Norte Dame graduate, and an active member of the Indiana Association for Home and Hospice Care. He was a CPA and partner in a local accounting firm. Rick left his accounting partnership when he purchased a small home health care business in 1996. He volunteers for the National Alzheimer’s Association and especially enjoys the annual Memory Walk.

Gina Yonkman, Administrator
Gina Yonkman was promoted to Administrator upon her graduation with a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision (with a concentration in Human Resources) from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.
Gina’s professional career includes serving children and adults with developmental disabilities, working in a variety of residential settings including group homes, supported living, and family homes. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Francis College. Later, she directed the case management division of a local agency, helping to ensure the delivery of high quality Medicaid Waiver services to consumers and their families. She also enjoys volunteering with Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana. Gina and her family of four participate in the Memory Walk and Employee Picnic.

Michele Leffler, Clinical Director
Michele has worked in home care for over a decade. She has an AAS degree from Purdue University and is certified as an Oasis specialist-clinical or COS-C. Her duties include the oversight and direction of all nursing operations for Home Nursing Services. Michele enjoys spending time with her family including her granddaughter named “Buttons.”
Michele loves working with the staff saying, “We have a wonderful team, both in the office and in the field!” She’s most passionate about helping people remain in their own homes and that the population she serves covers the spectrum from infants to centenarians. Michele loves knowing she’s working for a family owned company where the owners are passionate about the mission.

Evan Hyndman, Controller
Evan has spent the past several years working in the accounting field. As the controller for Home Nursing Services, Evan enjoys the wide array of activities he becomes involved in on a daily basis. He has a BS in Business with a concentration in Accounting and is also a Certified Public Accountant. His duties include supervising all accounting functions for Home Nursing Services. He also earned the designation of Certified Senior Advisor in order to help meet the needs of a growing senior population. As a CSA, he will be educated continually specific to seniors through ethical selling and business practices and volunteer service.
Evan is very passionate about providing the best possible quality services to each and every client and strives to do so each day.

Chrystal Dawson, Billing Coordinator
Chrystal is the Billing Coordinator for Home Nursing Services. She earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Accounting with hopes to further her education sometime in the near future. She has worked in the accounting field for the last 4 years, finally making her mark at Home Nursing Services. Chrystal is also the Billing Coordinator for its sister company Angel Corps.
Chrystal recently married in July of 2007. She believes that her career is like a marriage, it takes the same amount of heart and desire to be successful. Her husband has helped to discover a deeper passion for nurturing all plants and animals. She enjoys gardening, four wheeling, and arts and crafts. She also volunteers her time with the Allen County 4-H program during the summer.

Deanna Winston, Medical Records Coordinator
Deanna has been in the medical field for over a decade. She has an A.S. in Medical Assisting from Brown Mackie College and is currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Management at Harrison College. She loves learning all the different aspects of her position and is passionate about providing timely and efficient help to her supervisors.
Deanna’s duties consist of maintaining the medical records for Home Nursing Services as well as faxing orders to physicians, typing POC for the RN case managers, keeping a weekly census total, and preparing field staff weekly payroll, preparing reports for quarterly Quality Management Committee Meetings. Her favorite part of the job is learning all the different aspects of Medical Records.

Jeri Westmorland, Human Resources Coordinator
Jeri has worked in the home health care field for over a decade. Her duties include handling the personnel files, answering the phones, and assisting others. She also handles after hours scheduling and hiring new employees.
Jeri is most passionate about working with the Home Nursing Services staff and participating in the care of the clients. She is both a certified home health aide and a certified nursing assistant. Jeri also organized the company’s team for the annual Memory Walk.

Margeaux Corrao, Marketing Director
Margeaux Corrao is the Marketing Director for Home Nursing Services and sister companies: Angel Corps, First Call, and Dorian Maples & Associates. After graduating from high school in 1998, Margeaux attended IPFW and studied courses in business and Hospitality/Restaurant Management for one year. At that time she worked part time for Home Nursing Services as administrative assistant and homemaker in the field. Her passion to help others led her in a different direction to the field of cosmetology in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2000, she graduated from Brown Aveda Institute and obtained her Ohio State Board of Cosmetology license. Throughout her career she obtained manager and instructor licenses. She worked her way up many levels to Signature stylist. She enjoyed helping others also, at her Alma mater, through the years teaching and in the admissions department, eventually becoming Admissions Team Leader.
Later in 2011, her passion to help others changed and led her back to Ft. Wayne at Home Nursing Services once again. Margeaux is passionate in her purpose to contribute in the mission to help others have a good quality of life while remaining at home.

Linda Zemanek, RN Case Manager
Linda has been a Registered Nurse for 37 years; 21 that have been spent in hospital nursing and another 16 years in home care. She has worked for Home Nursing Services since 1998.
Linda is passionate about providing care which allows clients to remain in their own homes. She says the best part of her day is seeing her clients. Her duties range from skilled nursing assessments and medication preparations to dressings and injections. Linda also supervises the Home Health Aides that provide care to her clients.
In addition to Home Nursing Services, Linda is a Geriatric Case Manager for Dorian Maples & Associates.

Diane Getty, RN Case Manager
Diane has worked in the nursing field for over fifteen years, with a nursing degree from Purdue and a BSN from St. Francis College. Her duties include overseeing care provided for Home Nursing clients, maintaining charts, skills checks and coordinating services with other organizations in the care of the clients.
Diane loves working with her clients and especially enjoys making sure their needs are met while they reside in their own homes.
Dennis Shipley, RN Case Manager
Dennis has an Associate Degree in Nursing from IPFW, has a Bachelor in General Studies from IPFW. He’s worked as an RN for over a decade and 9 years as a CNA. His duties include Case Management of clients for Home Nursing Services.

Chris Kinter, RN Case Manager
Chris has been a Registered Nurse since 1986 with an Associate Degree in Nursing Science from IPFW. She is currently working on her certification for case management and has experience as a psychiatric attendant, CNA, QMA, Unit Manager, MDS Nurse, and as a Clinical Director.
Chris is passionate about freedom; freedom for her clients to live the way they choose and to be treated with the utmost respect. She believes it’s her responsibility to ensure clients are well informed about their health status and the consequences of their decisions. Her duties include supervisory visits for field staff, skilled nursing visits, liaison between doctor and client, maintaining charts and orders for accuracy, and ensuring clients are well cared for and safe in their homes.

Linda Warnsley, RN Case Manager Linda Warnsley is an RN with an Associate Degree. She has over 20 years experience in Critical Care, Medical Surgery, Nursing Homes, and Emergency Rooms.
Linda started with Home Nursing Services in March of 2009. Her duties range from Skilled Nursing visits, supervisory visits of the other Nurses and Home Health Aids, setting up clients’ medications, monitoring their compliance, and skills checks.
Linda has enjoyed working in the Nursing field but states she enjoys working at Home Nursing Services the most. She appreciates the values of the Home Nursing Services. She enjoys knowing she is able to help so many clients; making their day makes her day.

Cindy Schlosser, RN Case Manager
Cindy has been a Registered Nurse since 2005 with an Associate Degree in Nursing Science from IPFW. Her experience includes working in hospitals in a Cardiac Telemetry Unit and an Intensive Constant Care Unit. She has worked for Home Nursing Services since 2009. Cindy has a heart for people and for what she does at Home Nursing Services. She appreciates knowing that she works for a company with owners who have made such a difference for so many people, in enabling them to stay in their own homes while receiving quality, compassionate care.
Her duties include supervisory visits for field staff, skilled nursing visits, ensuring that clients are receiving quality care, as well as what they need to live in a safe environment. Also, she works to coordinate care for the clients with other organizations and physicians, maintains accurate documentation, and keeps client charts up to date.

Carmen Pearson, RN Case Manager
Carmen has been a Registered Nurse for five years. During that time, she has received experience in Telemetry, ICU, Home Care, Long-Term Care, and Medical Surgical. Carmen graduated from IPFW with an ASN in Nursing in 2005. She started with Home Nursing Services in January of 2010 as an RN Case Manager.

Eva Godwin, RN Case Manager
Eva worked for many years as an LPN and in 1991 became a Registered Nurse from IPFW. Eva has had experience in Long Term Care, Home Care, and Hospice. Before coming to Home-Care, Eva was the DON and Health Care Coordinator for an Assisted Living Facility. After started as an RN Case Manager for Home Nursing Services in January of 2010, Eva says her heart is with Home Care.

Amy Ryan, Client Services Coordinator
Amy has worked in the home health care field for over a decade. Her duties include coordinating all services for clients, ensuring continuity of care, and making good caregiver/client matches. She also coordinates communication between clients, caregivers, and nurse case managers. She routes incoming calls to appropriate coworkers and composes the weekly employee newsletter. Her favorite part of the job is communicating daily with the clients and home health aides. She also maintains her certification as a Home Health Aide.
